@conman, great topic. Firstly my advice would be to take control and speak up in the session. I know this can be easier said than done – especially when in the moment – but what experience has taught me most is to tell the lady what you enjoy and don’t enjoy, and when it’s not going the way you want it then say so. If they are good at their job and the right person for this industry then they’ll appreciate you raising this as they aim to please and want happy customers. 

Generally, through training, the session will follow a process which all revolves around time. So with 15 minutes to go they need to start finishing you off, shower for each of you and prepare the room for the next session. So take note of the time yourself and use it wisely.
If you were rushed and there was time to spare then this is a bad session and you were not treated fairly, and hence your disappointment.
